I have been involved in the bar and restaurant industry since 16, starting as a runner. At university I bartended music festivals and worked in an upmarket wine bar. Most recently managed a bar in a brewery over the busy season in the Eastern Cape. I enjoy the rush and the friendship that comes from bartending and that is why I am looking to further my career behind the bar.
