Experience in the hospitality and customer service sector, including front-desk operations, corporate travel support, and bartending. Completed a 4-week International Bartender Course at the European Bartender School in Vienna, covering a wide range of topics such as mixology, free pouring, speed techniques, spirit and wine knowledge, hygiene standards, guest interaction, and responsible alcohol service. Worked full-time at a 3-star superior hotel in Munich, handling reception tasks like check-in/check-out, reservation and billing processes, as well as supporting concierge services. Later joined Lanes & Planes as a Customer Support and Service Agent in the hotel department. There, responsibilities included assisting business travelers with hotel bookings, resolving accommodation-related issues, and providing concierge-style customer service.
