Hello, I'm Nhat Phi.

I see cocktails as more than just drinks—they’re experiences, emotions in liquid form. Always learning, always experimenting, I bring curiosity and heart into everything I create behind the bar.



I started my journey in hospitality as a barista in a bubble tea shop, where I learned speed, multitasking, and the basics of beverage preparation. From there, I moved on to working as a server in a restaurant, developing my guest interaction skills, adaptability, and a deeper understanding of hospitality. Both roles taught me how to handle high-stress situations while staying calm, collected, and friendly, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests. While I enjoyed connecting with guests, I realized that my true passion lay in drinks. Returning to beverages—but this time through bartending—I found my home behind the bar, where I can create and serve at the same time, blending craft and connection into every glass. Bartending has allowed me to refine my skills in mixology, balance flavors, and tell stories through cocktails while working efficiently under pressure and creating meaningful experiences for guests. Behind the bar, I see more than just spirits and ingredients—I see stories waiting to be told. My inspiration comes from daily life, the people I meet, the music I hear, and everything I encounter. Every cocktail I create is an attempt to capture emotions in a glass, turning moments into flavors and making memories tangible through taste. I have an endless thirst for knowledge and a constant drive to improve, always looking for new techniques, combinations, and ideas. But beyond that, I believe bartending is about connection. Whether as a little brother learning from others or a big brother guiding someone new, I always strive to bring warmth, curiosity, and creativity into every drink and every interaction.
