Working at Me-Gal Restaurant in Sydney, Australia helped me to learn all about restaurant operations at the Front of House since I had the opportunity to work as a Hostess, Waitress and my favorite: Bartender in a fine-dining environment which ment that the expectatives of my service was high and frequently monitored. I had the opportunity to work with a variety of nationalities and also get to know them. I learned about Australian guidelines in both the guidelines and the Know-How of the classic cocktails as well as author cocktails of the restaurant. I also had the opportunity to work at Accor Stadium in Sydney as well, where I had to serve alcoholic beverages while ensuring that the RSA guidelines where respected as well as the venue politics. All of this really helped me to be the worker I am today and I am eager to learn more and more while delibering exceptional customer service. :)
