My high work ethic and good energy are the 2 things that always stand out in feedback from past employers. From my experience in the fast food industry I have developed the ability to work effectively under pressure, which is crucial in a bar. I have also acquired the ability to multitask and stay on top of my work during high rush hours. Not letting feelings of overstimulation or overwhelm affect your productivity is also something I know to be highly valued behind the bar. Whilst hospitality has taught me how to work in a fast-paced environment, my time working with kindergarteners has taught me how to work with immense patience, something which helps me remain calm in heated or stressed situations. Managing playground conflicts has taught me problem-solving skills which can be transferable to conflicts between customers or other sudden issues that require a quick solution.
