Sociable and formal bartender from Italy, with passion to sell for his work, a great desire for new experiences and a strong love for American Bourbon Whisky
I became the owner of a bar/ restaurant, Novantagradi, in Avezzano- Italy, up to 2024, since 2021. Beyond the multiple skills I learned, like organisation and management of work shifts, employees, dining room, advanced hospitality, cash management and sales capacity, I also learned how to make a cocktail ‘great’, improving my skills year after year, tasting a lot of different liqueurs and distillates, also researching new flavours starting from the processing of raw materials, usual and not. I like to share and compare my ideas with my colleagues, preferring to carry out the work of bartenders in a group, rather than alone.
