Hello, I'm Ilona.

Freshly graduate, i'm highly motivated to become a professional bartender, show my skills and continue to learn more. I’m friendly, energetic and a good listener. I’m also perfectionnist and very serious (during time work ?).

I am a motivated and adaptable with customer service skills. I recently completed my training at European Bartender School (EBS), where I developed essential bartending techniques. I also completed my degree with mixology class, to further my knowledge of cocktail creation. My experience in customer-facing roles has given me teamwork, communication, and fast-paced service skills. Working in a grocery store and a camping site, I handled customer interactions, sales, and food service, always ensuring a great experience. With a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication, I am organized, quick to learn, and ready to bring my enthusiasm and efficiency to a bartending role.
