Internationally trained bartender and hospitality professional with over six years of global experience in luxury service environments and customer experience. Currently working in the Emirates Airlines VIP & Business Class Lounges at Dubai International Airport, delivering first‑class service, preparing cocktails with precision, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. All of my experience has converge in giving me the ability to work in a multicultural team, in different countries, under pressure, with adaptability skills, out of my comfort zone and also make me someone with very good interpersonal and assertive communication skills. Now, I want to develop my bartender carrier bringing in not just the title of EBS but all of my experience giving First class service to each person making the interaction just becomes into emotional connection between the people and the brand while offering them the best taste in cocktails or service. Working as a bartender has giving me the chance to connect with people while I'm doing my job and even having fun from it, something completely new for me, because when you are working in customer service or in the lounges you just have to do your job and that's all, but bartending is also about listen and share your thoughts and experiences to connect with them, while you are up selling and having a good time, it's about being yourself because the energy never lies and the customers can feel that making them an easy decision to stay and spent or to leave Apart from this, as a hobbie I have been recording content of my trips around the world, and making some short films about each place, I have knowledge about photography and edition programs like the ones on the Adobe suit.
