I have created an official cocktail menu twice for the bars I used to work at and I have created a lot of signature cocktails for events (Valentines day,Halloween etc) I also khow how to be a head bartender and I can also handle a busy night by ease also I'm very clean with my space and I want to be everything on their spot and clean before I start making cocktails. I also have very creative ideas or concepts for the menu. I can also handle inventory (Ordering and inventory)
