For me, bartending is about crafting an experience, not just mixing drinks. I thrive in high-energy environments where I can connect with customers and bring a positive, engaging presence behind the bar. With experience in both bar and floor service, I’ve learned to anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and step in wherever necessary to keep service running smoothly. Attention to detail is key—whether it’s perfecting a cocktail or ensuring every guest leaves with a great experience.
