I’ve been working in the hospitality industry for a short while now, gaining experience as both a waitress and bartender before transitioning into a different sector. I now work at a guest house, where we ensure high-standard service and go the extra mile to guarantee customer satisfaction. In both these jobs I've learned the importance of clear and effective communication. One thing you cannot forget at home is your happy face. It is crucial to focus on the small detail as the smallest thing can have a big impact on the customer's experience.
