I am a very honest and hardworking person. I always go above and beyond for people. I always make customers feel special. I love experimenting with different flavours to enhance customer experiences. Excellent service is my highest skill.

My love for making cocktails came about when I started working at an Irish pub. It made me the person I am today. This pub was very popular and busy all the time, it was the go to place in the area, so I made alot of cocktails. Regular customers always complimented my drinks and my service and this made me feel really good about myself, and customer satisfaction was a skill I developed. I developed excellent communication skills as well, because I became friends with all the customers, and always made them feel at home. This led me to achieve my European Bartending Certificate, and it was the best investment I’ve ever made. I also developed good barista skills at the restaurant, and my hardwork and dedication led me to be promoted to assistant manager. This allowed me to learn the business functions and help other staff members with delivery of food and drinks to tables, as well as deal with customer complaints, and make sure the restaurant ran smoothly. The service industry is my passion, I love being in the moment with the rush of customers, and showcasing my skills behind the bar. My dream is to work in different cocktail bars around the world.
