I completed my bartending training at the prestigious European Bartender School (EBS) in New York, where I developed a strong foundation in mixology and bar management. Professionally, I gained hands-on experience working in both a bustling restaurant and a refined Cocktails and Wine Lounge. One of my key responsibilities included creating new signature cocktails on a weekly basis, as well as crafting personalized drinks tailored to individual customer preferences—an aspect of the job I particularly enjoyed for its creativity and guest interaction.
