Sociable, a newcomer to the world of bars but rigorous and organised to make rapid progress.
Working in a wine cellar at Bucharest helped me develop my social skills. Working alone, it gave me the opportunity to take on responsibilities and manage unpredictable situations. I also had the chance to work in a bar in France, V and B, a big company with cellar and bar univers. I have developed a sense of of teamwork and people management. Being close to customers has made me feel much more at ease.
