• Apprenticeships and Education • Completed an apprenticeship as Building Maintenance Specialist (EFZ) in Switzerland • Completed an apprenticeship as Childcare Specialist (EFZ) in Winterthur (Kinderkrippe Heckenrose) • International Experience • Spent 8 months traveling across Asia and Australia, gaining valuable intercultural experience and adaptability • Volunteered in hostels in Bali (Ubud) and the Philippines (Siargao), where I organized guest activities, supported check-in processes, and promoted events • Hospitality & Service • Completed a one-month professional bartender course at the European Bartender School in Thailand (January 2025) • Worked in a bar in Switzerland, where I gained practical experience in customer service, drink preparation, and working in a fast-paced environment • Current Employment • Working as a Check-in and Gate Agent at Zurich Airport, responsible for passenger service, problem solving, and ensuring smooth travel processes • and I‘m still working at the Coffee and Bar Ambeer in Frauenfeld
