

Hello, I'm Axel.
I'm a flamboyant, kind and loving queer person but also a professional chef and founder of my cocktail company. I received the Hard Work, Spirit & Soul award by EBS for my positivity, dedication, and team energy throughout the course
With over 10 years of experience as a chef, I’ve built strong foundations in hospitality, mastered HACCP standards, and developed excellent stress management, something that I naturally carries over behind the bar. For the past three years, I’ve developed my own company, Divalicious Cocktail, where I’ve had the chance to collaborate on birthdays, weddings, business parties, and other special events. On top of that, I also run workshops. I’ve worked behind the bar on several occasions and always bring creativity, and positive energy to the job.
