With over 18 years of hands-on experience in the Food & Beverage industry, I bring a deep passion and leadership background in bar management, coffee, and mixology. I’ve led beverage programs and operations for award-winning brands such as The BIG Group and Gastrodome, overseeing team performance, cost control, menu curation, and training. Currently serving as the President of the Mixology Alliance of MFBEA (Malaysia’s national mixology body), I’ve also judged both national and international competitions, and actively train bartenders and baristas through structured programs. My style blends creative innovation with operational discipline, ensuring excellent guest experiences and smooth team execution. I’m now open to overseas roles, looking to contribute as a Head Mixologist or Bar Manager bringing expertise, structure, and energy to dynamic hospitality teams worldwide.
