Coffee enthusiast with a passion for learning and creating memorable experiences. I enjoy connecting with people and taking pride in every cup I serve.

I have experience working with customers in fast-paced environments, having been a waitress in Dublin and at Ginos earlier in my career. These roles taught me the importance of excellent customer service, multitasking, and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Although my professional background has been focused on project management and data analysis, I’ve developed transferable skills such as problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong communication, which I’m excited to bring to the world of coffee. Recently, my passion for coffee has grown beyond enjoying it as a consumer. I’m inspired by the craft, science, and customer connection behind every cup, which has motivated me to pursue barista training and immerse myself in the coffee community.
