Hello, I'm Ronaldo. Although I'm Cuban, I've been living in Europe for the last 10 years. From a very young age I was interested in cocktails, bars, spirits and mixology. So I started to educate myself professionally while gaining experience working in the sector. I ended up becoming a bar maitre in 5 and 4 star hotels, even training new bartenders and bartender assistants. I also think that I can still learn new things and I love learning. I'm fast, efficient, I control situations under pressure, I'm very sociable, I have a good ability to adapt, and I'm always constantly improving. I follow the advice and orders of my colleagues and bosses and I'm passionate about my profession. I arrive in the city on February 4th, and I plan to stay for a long time.
