Hi, my name is Antonio Marrone and I am a professional Bartender with a strong focus on high-end hospitality. Recently, I served as the Bar Manager at the 4-star Hotel Montemare in Positano, where I was responsible for the entire bar operation, from managing staff and inventory to creating custom cocktail menus. My technical background is quite specialized; I trained at EBS Madrid and completed advanced certification in homemade preparations with Giovanni Ceccarelli, so I am very comfortable working with syrups, cordials, and complex infusions.Before moving into management, I spent several years as a McCafé Specialist at McDonald’s, which gave me a very disciplined foundation in HACCP standards, high-speed service, and working under pressure. I consider myself a proactive leader who is always eager to learn more. I’m also used to dealing with international guests as I speak Italian, English, and Spanish. I have my NIE ready and I'm looking for a new challenge where I can bring both my leadership experience and my passion for mixology.
