Hello, I'm Beatrice.

I enjoy being around people and love connecting with others. I have a strong love for traveling and challenging myself. I'm sensitive and empathetic, always striving to understand others, while being very responsable in everything I do.

I have worked as a bartender in a hostel, and what I loved the most about the job was the direct contact with people. I enjoy learning something new from everyone I meet. I have always traveled solo, staying in hostels, because it makes me feel truly myself while also connected to the world. This sense of connection is something I experienced in my work as well – each day offered me the chance to meet people from different backgrounds and share moments of genuine interaction. During my time at the European Bartender School, I discovered my passion for mixology, and I am eager to explore it further. I’ve always had a strong interest in pairing flavors, especially in cooking, and now I want to take this passion to the next level with cocktails.
