Hi I'm Marlon, 21 years old and have found my passion for bartending and gastronomy. I am ambitious and always helpful and friendly. And I try to improve myself every day to become the best version of myself.
In my last job in Switzerland I was able to gain a lot of experience. My tasks naturally included looking after the guests, preparing all the drinks, as well as ordering for the bar and billing. I also planned and carried out smaller events such as public viewings or certain theme evenings. Even the unpleasant tasks such as dealing with unpleasant guests and resolving disputes were part of my job. Because I often worked alone, I was able to gain a great sense of responsibility and self-confidence behind the bar.
