My name is Cesar David Lopez Rojas. Friendly, creative bartender from México and I’m passionate about creating new cocktail using local ingredients from the place I visit, using different methods in each one of them.
I have experience in hospitality, bars, restaurants, and private events. I understand and master basic and intermediate-level bar techniques and methods such as spherifications, tinctures, solutions, cordials, clarifications, syrups, liqueurs, and more. I have my own signature cocktail menu, I take care of the mise en place, cleanliness, and consistency, and I truly enjoy creating experiences with guests.
