Easy going beer lover from Belgium, I am curious and love to discover and learn new things by traveling the world. I also plan to take a barista and mixology course and eventually learn more about oenology

With experience in both hospitality and retail, I've developed strong skills in high-pressure environments. In my previous roles, I successfully managed tasks under tight deadlines, maintained cleanliness and organization, and honed my ability to provide exceptional customer service. In restaurants, I learned the importance of proper etiquette, cordiality, and effective bar management. Meanwhile, at the grocery store, I refined my skills in connecting with customers, handling angry clients, and building strong relationships. Throughout these experiences, I've also developed essential soft skills, including task management and teamwork.
