From my limited experience, from a 50th birthday and a local concert, since I graduated is that bartending is a great way to meet interesting new people with unpredictable backgrounds and stories. With great chances to travel somewhere completely different. I also genuinely like the idea of being a mixologist, making a signature liqueur or reinvent something with my own spin eventually.
