I am a dedicated and hardworking hospitality professional with over three years of experience in hotel bars. I started my career as a Bar Back intern at Spa & Hotel La Collada, where I developed a strong foundation in bar operations, organization, teamwork, and customer service. I then joined Es Blau Des Nord Hotel as a Bartender, where I gained extensive experience preparing cocktails, serving guests, managing stock, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment. Due to my commitment, reliability, and leadership skills, I was promoted to Head Bartender, a position I currently hold. In this role, I oversee daily bar operations, support and train team members, ensure excellent guest satisfaction, and maintain efficient workflow during busy service periods. I am passionate about hospitality, work well under pressure, and take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. My strong communication skills, attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to lead by example make me a valuable addition to any team.
