I have learned how to create signature cocktails, flavored syrups, shrubs and foams, thanks to a bar where I worked in Viña del Mar, Chile, where they really liked the creation of their ingredients, both in the kitchen and at the bar. There I learned to improve the decoration of cocktails and the speed and agility to work.
