Hello, I'm Riccardo.

Friendly, creative guy from Piedmont, Italy. I would Like to become a great Mixologist Bartender. I like to talk with people, staying respectfully with them. I love elegant place.



I studied in a school as a cook. When I finished it I eager to start work, so I had the opportunity to begin at a 1* Michelin Hammet's Macina in Malta. In that place as in my experience in Netherland I develop my english language skills. After that I knew that the kitchen it's not for me, so I decided to get start as waiter/barman at Macugnaga in the bar restaurant Flizzi. I discover how to make easy cocktails and cafeteria, also how it work on the floor. In Sardegna I increase the speed of service for the great amount of guests. Then I moved in Netherland. At the end in the summer arc, I worked in hotellerie. Le Sirenuse was the first where I was the bar back of Alessio Lupo, one of the greatest mixologist in Italy, I learnt a lot of knowledge and secrets from him. So I decide to put on practice what that I learnt in Positano at Casa di Langa, where I worked alone during the services.
