I was in a traditionnal restaurant during 2 years, with a fabulous card of wiskey , lot of rum, and many twisted cocktails.
I was head weater, and when the kitchen was closed, I switched behind the bar, wich is my favorite part.
Make irish coffee, do some old fashioned and negroni and serve some guiness in same time is not a problem for me, with smile of course.
