Hello, I'm Laure.
Enthousiasth and creative barmaid from France, with a real passion for wine, which it was developped during my 6 years in burgundy. I really would like to inprouve my skill and create cocktails, and do some mixologie.
I was in a traditionnal restaurant during 2 years, with a fabulous card of wiskey , lot of rum, and many twisted cocktails. I was head weater, and when the kitchen was closed, I switched behind the bar, wich is my favorite part. Make irish coffee, do some old fashioned and negroni and serve some guiness in same time is not a problem for me, with smile of course. Now, I'm actually in a big luxury eventful area, domaine Le Mezo next to Vannes, Bretagne. We organise a lot of wedding, jazz dîner, concert, gastronomic restaurant, and we have a cocktail bar of course.
