French web designer who took a 180 turn to join the amazing world of hospitality. I'm joviale, conscientious, professional, determined, well organized and work fast. Team spirit goes whithout saying ❤️ I speak english, german and arabic!
Currently working in a cocktail bar in Berlin, where I work on weekends when it’s busy. I handle opening and closing procedures, and we have a great cocktail menu with all the classics, as well as signature drinks. Of course, we also make cocktails on demand. Previously, I completed two winter seasons working in bars in ski resorts. The last bar I worked for was a great experience, as I had the opportunity to create a new cocktail menu with my own creations. I designed clarified cocktails and used fat-washed spirits for some of the signatures. It was a beautiful experience where the owners really trusted me and gave me carte blanche (as we say in French), allowing me to create the menu freely. It was a lot of work, around 70 hours per week, sometimes with no days off, working from 4 pm to 2 am every day, all by myself—no other bartender, no runners, just me. It was tough, but it was a great experience!
