Hello, I'm Joan Cerise.

A friendly and motivated beginner in bartending, with several years of experience in pastry, an ability to adapt and a certain speed of learning.



After several years working as a pastry chef, particularly in parisian restaurants, I trained in bartending at EBS in order to acquire the knowledge and practices necessary for creating and serving cocktails. My goal would be to combine my two passions: the contact with people that I had in the field of cultural mediation and the creativity and meticulousness of my work as a pastry chef. I would be happy to work in a bar that would make mixological creations in order to gain the experience that I still lack at the moment in this specific sector.
