Creative, open-minded bartender from Austria

In my job at a theater bar I learned how to deal with intense onrushes of people, taking sole responsibility for drink and food orders, preparation/opening and closing a bar as well as cleanup and handling the finances and stock of the evening. Afterwards I did two winter seasons in Tyrol, one of them in a mountain restaurant the latest in a high class wellness-resort. I learned to adapt to different types of customers and paces in the workplace. I worked in a tight-knit team with my colleagues at the bar as well as kitchen- and service staff while perfecting bartending techniques and unique new cocktail recipes. Big events or parties taught me to maintain a calm demeanor and professional smile, while serving 300+ hotel guest.
