I am a 20-year-old individual with a wealth of work experience, having been part of the workforce since I was 14. Over the years, I’ve developed key competencies in customer satisfaction and independence through various roles. Seeking new challenges, I enrolled in the EBS course, which introduced me to the dynamic world of service. Providing the best customer experience has always been a priority for me, and now I find great joy in combining this passion with my ability to match customers' preferences to a range of drinks. I am eager to continue honing my skills in customer service while contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in a new environment.
