Hello, I'm Giammarco Antonio.
Experienced barista and bartender with a strong passion for the history behind each spirit. Native Italian speaker with advanced English skills and fluent in French and Spanish. Highly dedicated to precision and speed.
Initial experience as a full-service bartender at a lounge bar in Sardinia, mainly during the evening shift, as I believe I perform best during the evening and nighttime hours. Beyond my initial interest in the job itself, the most significant aspect that captured me from the start was the work environment: the camaraderie and cooperation among colleagues, sharing moments of fun and humor while maintaining professionalism. Additionally, I occasionally explored the world of nightclubs, where the fast-paced work environment and the freedom to fully dedicate myself to the craft of bartending further deepened my passion for this art. This culminated in attending and successfully completing the Bartender Course with EBS. I am very passionate about traveling around the world, which has given me the chance to experience and engage with various cultures, including American, Russian, North African, and Australian, as well as nearly all European countries.
