Born in Liverpool, raised and educated in Northern Greece, I have always been in and around hospitality. From a young age I was making some extra cash to add to my summer pocket money by waiting tables at a local tavern across the street, coming into contact with all kinds of people. Although it was very enjoyable and not at all dull, when I was first placed behind a bar due to the absence of a cooworker a few years later at another establishment, I knew this is where I wanted to be. To produce and serve at the same time while also interacting and taking care of everyone in front of you seemed way more fun and challenging.
