

Hello, I'm Marie.
I would describe myself as a fun, ambitious and hard working person. I am easy to talk to and work great with others. Something that I also consider very important is that I am very eager to learn and I love a good challenge.
I have been working mainly in fast food and restaurants for about 4 years. I got my first leader position as an assistant manager at 18 years old, where I was responsible for staff schedules, food stock and to train new employees. Since then I’ve had another shift leader job at in a restaurant where I was also chosen by my colleagues to be the safety coordinator. In this position I was working closely with the Norwegian authorities to make sure the restaurant was following the law and to keep it a safe place for the staff and customers. On the side, by own initiative I have taken the Norwegian RSA to be qualified to open my own business and to also be a manger. Right now I am looking to learn more about mixology and become a great bartender. As you can see I did this bartender course with EBS a few months ago, and in that course we learned 66 classic cocktails, free pour, flair and how to work behind the bar. I don’t have any bar experience yet other than that because I’m so young, but we all have to start somewhere, and despite my young age I can assure you that I am motivated and will learn fast. I look forward to hearing from you. I am looking for a full time position and can start right away.
