Curious and proactive, I enjoy environments where innovation and collaboration are at the heart of projects. I have had the experience of working in prestigious establishments. During my time at "Le Grand Réfectoire", I met a mixologist bartender who shared her love for the profession with me. Through her expertise and numerous recipes, I was inspired to create new things. I have always enjoyed making cocktails at home for my family and friends. When I started working with bartenders, I realized that what was once a simple hobby could become a truly exciting job.
