I grew up in the hospitality industry and learned how to deal with guests at an early age. I realized how much fun it was and that I would like to continue when I get older. At the age of 14 I often worked in the family restaurant and then at 16 in the Fischerklause Lütjensee. Working in a foreign restaurant and hotel helped me to come out of my shell even more. I also did the four-week bartender course in Barcelona, which made me realize once again that it really is “my thing” and I now feel ready to take the next step.
