Hello, I'm Jana.
During the EBS, I discovered my love for bartending and also developed a skill set in mixology, customer service, and creating a vibrant atmosphere behind the bar. I am eager to bring my enthusiasm and expertise to a dynamic team.
Aside from my training at the European Bartender School and working at a few festivals in Switzerland, I have limited experience behind the bar. However, my previous roles as a nurse and social worker have provided me with valuable skills in working with people. I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, which I believe are essential in a fast-paced bar environment. These experiences have made me adaptable and confident in delivering excellent customer service.
