We are currently recruiting for a Head Bartender to join our Meetings and Events Operations Team at The Londoner.
Overview:
- An Amazing opportunity to join The Londoner as M&E Head Bartender.
- The role of Head Bartender will be responsible for ensuring bar operation at The Londoner is offering a high-level premium beverage experience.
- As Head Bartender your role will involve directingthe bar operations team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experienceby seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
- The role of Head Bartender will also involve Implementing new service level strategies where necessary alongside the management team.
About You:
- Current in depth beverage knowledge, including, cocktails, fine wines and champagnes.
- Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
- Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
