Franca is a contemporary brasserie serving fresh, perfectly executed, French influenced cuisine in a high-end setting. Recently awarded 2 Hats by the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide we have seating for 125 and open 6 days with al fresco dining and top end service we've already made a name for ourselves with locals and international guests alike. To be successful you will have:
- Fine/high end bar management experience for a minimum of 2 years.
- Passion for customer service and European style customer relations.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and European flavours.
- Knowledge and passion about cocktails and spirits and a want to build further knowledge under a professional and seasoned team.
- Experience assisting with a busy restaurant service.
- Upbeat personality - ability to build longstanding relationships with clients and staff.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- A star at managing a great team culture.
- Self-motivated and excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Confident and strong personality.
The role includes:
- Manage a large bar for quick and professional service
- Create seasonal / house cocktail lists in line with the style of venue
Manage ordering
- Training bar team and engage front of house in training sessions and up-skilling
- Batching cocktails
- Meeting COGs targets
- Supplier relationships
- Cleaning and maintaining your work area
Those with full working rights in Australia preferred but sponsorship available for the right candidate.
