What you will be doing:
• Ensures stocks at the bar are replenished and checked accordingly
• Maintains a proper inventory of items and ensures that the expired ones are replaced, the bar pantry is well organized and coordinates with the Purchasing team for the requisition along with the Senior Bartender.
• Liaise with the Senior Bartender and Bar Manager for any items that should be charged to the guests.
• Ensures the bar area is well maintained at all times
Your experience and skills include:
• Service focused personality is essential
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
