The main objectives of the role include:
- Be the go-to person for day-to-day office related issues and questions
- Greet visitors to our office, making them feel welcome while they are here
- Take pride in the appearance, upkeep and maintenance of our office
- Manage relationships with providers, contractors and other third parties (e.g. deliveries, suppliers, cleaning company etc.)
- Manage access and passwords for relevant user accounts and equipment
- Maintain and track the inventories of both the office and storage
- Coordinate deliveries arriving at the office and being sent to our schools
- Work closely with the Finance Team in the administration of office expenses
- Take care of the purchase of supplies and employee gifts
Required Skills:
- Relevant experience in office coordination, administration or related roles
- Working proficiency in both Spanish and English
Proven computer literacy and working knowledge of GSuite (in particular Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Drive)
- Extremely organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time and tasks well
- Having a disposition for providing good service, friendly in character and a problem-solver by nature
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
