We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to kick off our 2022 season!
***Anticipated start date would be February 2022***
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all restaurant staff, training, proper service techniques and sanitation guidelines.
- Direct, coach and mentor staff including servers, hosts, bartenders, and bussers.
- Assist with interviewing and training new staff members.
- Manage labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, state and local laws.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Be self motivated and ability to perform with high professional and ethical standards.
- Possess strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast paced environment.
- Position involves frequent bending, twisting, squatting and lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
