Here at Milroys of Spitalfields, we are looking for a talented Bartender to help run The Proofing Room Bar located on the basement level.
The bar is an intimate space with 32 covers offering a whisky based cocktail menu. We are a small team and looking for someone with a confident personality and passion for hospitality.
The venue is closed Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in whisky - the entire venue stocks around 1000 different bottles of whisky.
The successful candidates will also be given the opportunity to work & learn in our ground floor whisky bar. It will also suit someone looking to step-up from a bartender role with real promotion opportunities.
Duties will include opening and closing the bar and to be involved in menu development.
Bartender: £24,000 + Service Charge + Commission (48 Hours Per Week)
