About the role:
As a Head Bartender, you will make sure that your team delivers an excellent experience to customers in our bars. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:
* Supporting the Assistant Bars Manager in the development of unique and memorable beverage menus
* Assisting with the design of new cocktails
* Facilitating trainings for your team to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests, and to assist with their professional development
* Having flair and charisma
* Being able to inspire your team and our guests through your passion for Great Scotland Yard Hotel as a brand
* Ability to respond quickly to our guest's needs
* Ensure that licensing laws and health and safety matters are adhered to
About you:
Ideally you will already have experience in this role or similar at a 5* hotel or a sophisticated bar. You will have knowledge of classic and modern mixology and good knowledge of whisky.
