Ojo Rojo is an award winning Mexican inspired bar restaurant with a new outside garden terrace. Venue capacity approx 250
• You will be part of a small but vibrant team
• Making a variety of drinks including bespoke and classic cocktails
• Designing cocktails for events and menu development
• You will be asked to learn about agave spirits as we stock over 100 bottles of Mezcal.
• General maintenance and cleaning of bar and equipment on shift
