No 97 is a part of our young and dynamic restaurant group based in South West London. No 97 is the flag ship site from the team behind Cento Uno, One One Four and Hideaway.
We are a little neighbourhood restaurant located in the heart of leafy Maple Road, Surbiton. Headed up by a husband and wife team and surrounded by a top bunch of people, our concept is simple - contemporary and top quality dining in a relaxed environment. Its food is inspired by fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, paired with an eclectic selection of wines, gin and innovative cocktails.
We are currently on the hunt for a bartender to join our team!
Our ideal Bartender will have:
- Good knowledge on cocktails and can work in a very fast paced environment
- Interest in all beverages made and served on our menu
- Customer focused skills and an eye for detail
- Great personal organisation, full of enthusiasm with ambitious attitude
- Ability to maintain standards as well as speed of service
- A want to work as part of a close-knit team
- Pride in their workplace
- Ability to create cocktails / drinks to fit the seasonal mood
- Experience in a similar, busy hospitality environment
