Your role:
As a Bartender you will delight and engage guests through your natural passion for making and delivering drinks. Other areas of your role include:
* Preparing quality and consistent beverages for guests
* Assessing guest needs and preferences and make recommendations, using your extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails and food and beverage pairings
* Assist on the floor when required
* Assist guests with various enquiries relating to the bar, restaurants and hotel
* Restocking and replenishing bar supplies
* Assist with operational opening and closing of the bar and dining area
About you:
* A go getter with flamboyance and strong creative flair
* Ability to engage our guests through your natural energy, positive attitude and genuine warm customer service skills
* Previous experience in fast paced restaurants and bars
* A passion for the industry, ability to be quick on your feet and adapt to changing situations
* Be a strong team player
* Ability to work on rotating roster including weekends, public holidays and most importantly when the business needs you the most
