SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Strong guest focus and exceptional service skills
Previous experience as Supervisor or similar
Demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor staff
Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
Problem solving skills
Professional, outgoing demeanour and a "can do" positive attitude
Excellent communication and presentation
Possess initiative and passion for the hospitality industry
Experience using ResPAK, H&L or similar (advantageous)
Must be able and willing to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, early morning and late night shifts
